Load class D400 and EN 124
All road products are supplied in load class D400 (≥ 40 t) to EN 124-2 or equivalent, with a 5-year warranty on every item.
Tender-ready documentation
Bid list, item numbers, weights, material description and declaration of performance are included, so the bid can be assessed for compliance without follow-up questions.
Direct delivery
We sell directly to municipalities, utilities and contractors. With no wholesaler, both price and lead time are our own responsibility.
The sizes actually used
Ø600 frames and covers plus Ø315 gratings account for most municipal consumption. That is exactly where we hold stock depth.

Behind the company
30 years in the industry — including as Managing Director of Ulefos Denmark
TurboCast was founded by Per K. Rasmussen, a chartered engineer and former Managing Director of Ulefos in Denmark. He knows the foundries, the standards and municipal procurement from the inside — and built TurboCast around what customers kept asking for: the right load classes, proper documentation and a price that is not set by a wholesaler.
