From bid list to framework agreement
1. Send the material
Send the bid list, Appendix A or your own spreadsheet. We work in your format and never change the order or numbering of the line items.
2. We fill it in and document it
You get prices, weights, material description, load class and standard reference per line item — plus declaration of performance and warranty terms as appendices.
3. Reply within 3 working days
Ordinary bid lists are answered within three working days. For short deadlines we agree a specific time.
4. Framework agreement and call-offs
On award, prices are held for the agreement period and call-offs go directly through us, with no wholesaler in between.
Compliance
What we document as standard
The following applies to the entire range unless the tender sets stricter requirements — in which case we bid to those requirements.

Real competition in a narrow market
The Danish market for sewer castings has been served by very few suppliers for many years. That means few bids, high unit prices and little room for negotiation for the public buyer. TurboCast was established to give municipalities and utilities a fully qualified third option on exactly the item numbers that make up most of their consumption.

Experience from municipal framework agreements is unambiguous: Ø600 frames and covers plus Ø315 gratings account for the vast majority of annual call-offs. Our stock and pricing are set up accordingly, so the most used items can always be delivered — not just quoted.
